Ingredients

4,5cl Italian Truffle Gin Dioniso
7cl Yellow datterino tomato juice
2cl Lemon Juice
Salt
Black Pepper

Preparation Tecnique

Rolling, Stir

Recipe

Pour the ingredients in the glass an mix them up.

Smash some slices of Dried Truffle, brush some Honey over the top of the glass to let them stick on it to create the “crust” as garnish.
