Honeymoon
Pour 3cl of Italian Truffle Gin Dioniso and two bar spoons of Truffle Honey inside the glass.
Wisk, add some ice cubes, 12cl of Prosecco and a Splash of Soda.
Mix well and use our Dried Slices of Summer Truffle to garnish your cocktail.
Truffle Mary
Pour the ingredients in the glass an mix them up.
Smash some slices of Dried Truffle, brush some Honey over the top of the glass to let them stick on it to create the “crust” as garnish.
Truffle Tonic
Cool the glass in the refrigerator, pour Italian Truffle Gin, fill with ice cubes and then Tonic Water.
Garnish with a Slice of Dried Summer Truffle Dioniso.
French Truffle 75
Pour Italian Truffle Gin Dioniso, Truffle Honey and the Lemon Juice inside the shaker, fill it with ice and shake. Using the double strain tecnique, filter the liquid inside the flute.
Add a top of Prosecco or Champagne.
Smashing the Dried Slices of Summer Truffle, create a powder to garnish the glass, which is prepared brushing some honey all over the flute.
Red Truffle
Add the ingredients in a collins glass, mix them well and put some ice.
complete with a top of soda water or prosecco wine (if you want it to be sweeter).

Basil&Truffle Smash
Pour ingredients, with ice, inside a shacking glass and shake very well.
Pour and filter everything in a tumbler full of ice.
Complete with a top of soda water and a slice of dry summer truffle.
Truffle “Bombardino”
Put the liquid ingredients into the shaker, add ice and mix them up.
Pour everything inside a Grappa Glass by filtering it (double-strain tecnique).
Add a top of cream and garnish with a Summer Truffle Dried Slice and a Piece of Pumpkin.
* (In a pot: 2:1 water and sugar, add the pumpkin by rapporting it at least 2:1 with the water+sugar compound. Boil everything for 15 minutes. Blend it with a mixer, filter it, let it cool and store it in the refrigerator)
